Hey! My name is Natalie. I love talking about the areas of life I’m passionate about, and one of those is health, nutrition, fitness, exercise, wellness.

Adding to this, I’m often asked for advice from other people about the gym especially, so I decided to set up a blog where I can wax lyrical about these things, and you can either read it/ignore it/whatever takes your fancy.

I’m not a personal trainer or a nutritionist. But by constantly increasing my knowledge of diet and exercise, I have ultimately succeeded in achieving my fitness goals and began to set new ones that I could not have imagined would be possible a year ago. And, being a writer, I love to talk about what I’m passionate about, so I decided to start a blog to pop all this in one place.
